The company posted fourth-quarter revenue of $20.3 million compared with $15.6 million in the same period in the previous year.

Fourth-quarter gross margin was 19.7 percent compared with 19.2 percent in the year-ago quarter.

Mastech reported net income of $304,000, up 38.8 percent from $219,000 in the fourth quarter of 2009.

For the full year 2010, the company generated revenue of $71.8 million, up 1.0 percent compared to $71.1 million in 2009. Gross margin for the full year 2010 was 19.6% compared to 18.9% in 2009. Net income for 2010 totaled $663,000, down 52.5 percent from $1.4 million in 2009.
