September 16, 2015

ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) announced Hans Leentjes, president of ManpowerGroup Northern Europe, will step down from his role effective Dec. 31, and be succeeded by current European Regional Managing Director Jilko Andringa.

Leentjes, who is profiled on the Europe Staffing 100 list of most influential people in the staffing industry, joined ManpowerGroup in 2005 as country manager of the Netherlands and joined the company’s executive management team as the executive VP, president of Northern Europe, in January 2011.

Leentjes will continue to represent ManpowerGroup as VP of the International Confederation of Private Employment Services (Ciett) in his capacity of VP of external affairs. Ciett represents the staffing industry on a global level.

“Hans has been a key contributor to our global leadership team,” said CEO Jonas Prising. “His deep industry knowledge, client first approach and strategic vision have consistently delivered superior results and his leadership and passion have benefited our clients, our associates and our people. I am very pleased that our strong talent pipeline provides the opportunity for Jilko Andringa to succeed him. I am confident that Jilko’s leadership will enable us to further strengthen our performance in the region.”
