ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) promoted Kip Wright to senior vice president of Manpower, North America effective Aug. 21. Wright will oversee the Manpower temporary staffing business in North America.

Wright formerly served as senior vice president of ManpowerGroup Solutions, which included the company’s recruitment process outsourcing, managed service provider offering and other services.

Kate Donovan has taken on the role of senior vice president of ManpowerGroup Solutions, North America, and president of ManpowerGroup’s Global RPO practice. Donovan will oversee ManpowerGroup Solutions for North America, oversee RPO, managed service programs, talent-based outsourcing, borderless talent solutions and language services.
