ManpowerGroup names global MSP practice leader

October 24, 2014

ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) promoted Jamiel Saliba to global MSP practice leader at ManpowerGroup Solutions, a new position within the company.

Saliba has served as VP and general manager at TAPFIN since 2010; he will continue to lead TAPFIN North America operations. Prior to the VP and general manager role, Saliba was VP of operation from 2008 to 2010. Before joining TAPFIN, Saliba was VP, sales and operation, at Comsys VMS from 2004 to 2008.

Saliba reports to Kate Donovan, who oversees ManpowerGroup Solutions for North America, RPO, managed service programs, talent-based outsourcing, borderless talent solutions and language services.

The new role was created following Donovan’s appointment as senior VP of ManpowerGroup Solutions, North America, and president of ManpowerGroup’s Global RPO practice. Kate Donovan succeeded Kip Wright, who was named senior VP of Manpower, North America, where he oversees the Manpower temporary staffing business.

TAPFIN, ManpowerGroup’s MSP offering, ranks as the largest MSP in terms of total temp/contract spend among firms measured by Staffing Industry Analysts.
