Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN) said it received a contract to handle recruitment process outsourcing for the Australian Defence Force. The agency comprises the Royal Australian Navy, Australian Army and Royal Australian Air Force.

The contract is valued at $200 million. It calls for Manpower to handle all aspects of recruiting from marketing and promotion to onboarding.

Manpower called the contract the largest and most complex RPO program in the world.

Manpower had a contract to provide recruiting for the Australian Defence Force before, but lost it in January 2009, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
