Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN) announced Sunday it became the first 100% foreign-owned employment services company to enter Vietnam when it received a license for permanent employment services from the Hanoi People Committee.

The company was previously licensed as an outplacement and human resources firm. The company opened a branch office in Hanoi in January 2008.
