MSX International Inc., a Warren MI-based provider of staffing and other services to the auto industry, named Frederick Minturn as president and CEO.

Minturn had been appointed chief operating officer in April, but he has worked as MSXI for 25 years including as executive VP and CFO for the last 12 years.

Minturn replaces interim CEO Richard Puricelli, who will remain a director at the company.

In addition, Michael Muraske will replace Minturn as CFO. Muraske most recently served as VP-finance director of MSXI Americas.
