MDT Labor LLC, which does business as MDT Technical, struck a deal to acquire staffing assets of Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group Inc. The deal will give MDT Beacon’s staffing contracts and service agreements as well as the right to operate Beacon Solutions Group’s business.

 “We are thrilled about the acquisition of Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group and pairing it with MDT Technical,” said Michael Traina, CEO of MDT. “This assumption will add to MDT’s portfolio of services which delivers innovative solutions and will continue to make us a key market leader.”

MDT will retain Beacon’s current employees.
