Alexander Mann Solutions a London-based recruitment process outsourcing firm, said it acquired Capital Consulting, another RPO firm with operations in Europe and Asia. Capital Consulting had revenue of GBP20.0 million (US$39.9 million) in 2007.

The two brands will continue to operate and Rosaleen Blair will serve as CEO of the combined company. Blair started Alexander Mann Solutions, part of the Alexander Mann Group, in 1996. Alexander Mann Solutions, which now represents the entire company and not just a division, has offices worldwide, including in New York. It has approximately 1,000 employees and said it plans to recruit more than 50,000 workers on behalf of its clients in 2008.
