ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN), Adecco, Kelly Services Inc. (NYSE: KELYA), PAE and Randstad are the five largest staffing companies in Mexico based on 2014 revenue, according to the 2015 list of largest staffing firms in Mexico recently released by Staffing Industry Analysts. These companies’ combined revenue accounts for 75.3% of the entire formal market.

ManpowerGroup tops the list with 36.9% of the formal staffing market, followed by Adecco and Kelly, with 16.6 % and 10.0% of the formal staffing market respectively.

A Mexican-owned firm, PAE, ranked fourth with 7.6% of the formal staffing market; PAE is based in Mexico City, and is a privately held firm. Randstad rounded out the top-five with 4.3%.

“Mexico remains a difficult market where many staffing firms fail to operate in a legal or ethical manner,” said John Nurthen, executive director of global research at Staffing Industry Analysts. “Nevertheless, credible vendors can be found and our report focuses on these. The staffing market had modest growth of 4% (in local currency) during 2014 with the best growth tending to come from small to medium sized staffing firms.”
