Lie-detecting brain scan set for staffing case

Wired.com reported that a Brooklyn attorney representing a temporary worker is using a lie-detecting brain scan for the first time in a U.S. court in a case where temporary worker claims she was denied assignments because she complained about sexual harassment on one assignment.

The brain scan is being used on a staffing agency worker from CoreStaff Services who claims she heard a supervisor say the temp should not be placed with clients because of making a complaint, according to Wired.com.
