Landrum Professional Employer Services Inc., a Pensacola, Fla.-based PEO, acquired Staff Payroll, also of Pensacola. Staff Payroll serves small businesses in northwest Florida and south Alabama. It provides payroll services, human resources and comprehensive employee leasing services. 

Former staff members have become employees of Landrum.
