May 17, 2013

LaSalle Network, a Chicago-based staffing provider, announced three new C-level hires. The company hired David Hammond in April for the newly created position of chief operating officer. He is responsible for managing three of LaSalle’s core business units: office services, customer service and technology services. Hammond previously was president of Wonderlic, a privately held assessment firm that provides businesses and schools research for the hiring and student selection process.

LaSalle Network also promoted Sirmara Campbell to chief human resources officer from vice president of human resources, where she will lead a new program focused on career progression and succession planning for all internal roles.

Additionally, Maureen Brown Hoersten was promoted to chief sales officer from vice president of sales. Hoersten will manage all client interaction, along with the development and implementation of a strategy for long-term sales growth.

The company expects revenue, which currently stands at $33 million for 2012, to grow to $42 million in 2013.
