The Wall Street Journal reports Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) in a court filing late Thursday said it fired Robert Damon, who was executive chairman of the Americas until his dismissal in January, for allegedly using his company email address to solicit escorts and distribute photographs of naked women.

Damon has sued the executive search firm, claiming it fired him for defending women from the abuse of CEO Gary Burnison.
