Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) named Michael DiGregorio as its new executive VP and chief financial officer effective June 1. DiGregorio comes to Korn/Ferry after serving as CFO at St. John Knits International Inc., a women's clothing company. DiGregorio was executive VP and CFO of Jafra Cosmetics International Inc. prior to St. John Knits. He was also Jafra's president and chief operating officer for Mexico.

DiGregorio replaces Stephen Giusto, who is stepping down from the CFO position citing family medical reasons.
