Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) appointed Stephen Giusto as executive VP and CFO. Giusto has served as CFO at Resources Connection Inc. (NASD: RECN) since 1999 and was a co-founder of that company. Resources Connection provides professionals in accounting and finance, risk management, internal audit, legal services and other areas through its Resources Global Professionals operating subsidiary. Prior to Resources Connection, he was a partner in the real estate practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Giusto takes over from Gary Burnison, who was appointed Korn/Ferry's CEO in July. He will be based in Korn/Ferry's Los Angeles office.
