October 30, 2013

Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) let go Chief Services Officer Michael Ettore and Chief Customer Officer Randal Marmon as part of a realignment of its leadership and support-related structure, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

In its earnings announcement today, the Tampa, Fla.-based professional staffing provider reported on the upcoming realignment in the fourth quarter. The firm said the process will result in costs in the range of $6 million to $7 million related to severance, benefits and other costs.

The two executives’ employment will formally end Nov. 1.

Ettore had served as senior vice president and chief services officer since October 2004, according to an SEC filing. He joined Kforce in 1999.

Marmon served as chief customer officer since January 2009. Prior to that, he served as president of Kforce’s East Region from 2004 to 2009.
