Kforce Inc.'s (NASD: KFRC) government solutions division is no longer suspended from taking part in new government contracts, the company announced Tuesday afternoon.

The company had reported earlier this month the U.S. Department of the Interior suspended it from future contracts because of concerns related to its involvement in helping draft requirements for a statement of work for a project it was later awarded.

Kforce said Tuesday it entered into an administrative agreement with the Department of the Interior ending the suspension. The agreement allows Kforce to again pursue new federal business. In addition, the company is no longer proposed for debarment.

The agreement requires Kforce to return the profit on a $78,892.32 task order to the Department of the Interior. In addition, Kforce must improve its existing compliance program, training and controls.
