Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA), a Wayne, Penn.-based provider of software and recruitment process outsourcing, reported fourth-quarter revenue rose 28.2 percent to $78.2 million from $61.0 million in the fourth quarter of last year.

Kenexa posted fourth-quarter net income of $404,000, compared to a net loss of $5.3 million in the year-ago period.

Revenue for full-year 2011 totaled $282.9 million, a 44.1 percent increase from revenue of $196.4 million in 2010. Kenexa posted a net loss of $3.9 million in 2011 compared to a net loss of $3.0 million in 2010.
