Kelly exec named to Ciett board

June 23, 2015

Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) executive Natalia Shuman has been named a board member for the International Confederation of Private Employment Services (Ciett). Shuman is senior VP and general manager for Kelly’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as Asia Pacific.

Ciett represents the staffing industry on a global level, and the Ciett board is in charge of day-to-day activities and the management of the confederation, which represents private employment services worldwide.

Shuman is a first-time Ciett global corporate board member and holds the seat for a three-year term. She joins colleague John Healy, who chairs the corporate member committee. Healy is VP and managing director, global talent supply chain, for Kelly Services and interim director of KellyOCG in APAC.

Currently based in Singapore, Shuman focuses on Kelly’s global growth strategies, market opportunities and investments, strategic customer relationships and talent development. She is also the board director for Kelly Services’ joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions, in North Asia.

“We welcome Natalia to the Ciett Board and look forward to a strong working partnership,” said Ciett President Annemarie Muntz. “The fact that she is based in Singapore links very well to Ciett’s focus on Southeast Asia and other geographies where the employment and recruitment industry is developing rapidly. Natalia is sure to offer a fresh perspective to the board with her global background.”
