Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire access AG, a recruitment services company headquartered in Germany and with operations in Austria. The acquisition is expected to close by year-end. Estimated full year 2007 revenue is about $15 million.

Established in 1991, access provides recruiting solutions, focusing on highly qualified graduates and professionals with academic background in the fields of business administration, engineering and IT.  

Access will join Kelly's Outsourcing & Consulting Group. As part of the transaction, the management team of Claus-Peter Sommer, Jens Ohle and Norbert Wangnick will continue to lead access as a business segment of Kelly Services.
