Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) announced Myke Hawkins joined the company as senior VP of global solutions, responsible for leading client development and account strategy across Kelly's global portfolio of centralized large accounts.

Greg Barker, appointed to the same role in June, is no longer with Kelly Services and the position was vacant.

Hawkins is based at Kelly Services’ headquarters in Troy, Mich., and reports to Teresa Carroll, senior VP and general manager of KellyOCG.

Hawkins previously was managing director and senior VP of global sales and client management at Xerox HR Services & Buck Consultants, where he managed a global sales organization across North America, South America and Europe. Prior to that, he served in senior sales leadership positions at Aon Hewitt and business development for Watson Wyatt (Towers Watson).

“Workforce planning has changed considerably in the last five years, with organizations taking a more holistic approach to talent,” Carroll said. “Myke’s consultative mindset and expertise in strategic account planning will serve Kelly’s largest clients well as we continue to guide them on their talent supply chain management journey.
