Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA) named Patricia Little as its new CFO. The company announced the appointment today, but Little officially takes over July 1. She comes to Kelly after serving as general auditor of the Ford Motor Company. Little has also served as co-director of Ford's global pension plans and controller of North American operations for Ford Motor Credit.

Interim CFO Michael Debs will continue as senior VP and chief accounting officer. Kelly's former CFO, William Gerber, retired Dec. 31 and had plans to form a private investment fund.

Kelly ranked No. 4 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest staffing firms based on U.S. revenue.
