Kellan Group PLC, a United Kingdom-based staffing firm, appointed Ross Eades as its new chief executive officer. Eades comes to Kellan Group from InterQuest Group PLC. Eades has also served as CEO of MPS Group International PLC.

Kellan provides information technology, accounting, hospitality, leisure and professional services staffing. It posted 2008 revenue of GBP46.7 million (US$67.6 million).
