The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, acquired Keystream Inc., a Toronto-based provider of information technology staffing in the Canadian market. The deal was announced Tuesday.

Keystream has been a vendor of record to the Ontario government since 1998. It will now operate out of Judge’s existing Toronto offices as a division of Judge International Canada. The Keystream brand will remain at this time

“This acquisition strengthens our position in the Canadian market, continuing the high quality of service set by Keystream, now backed by Judge’s superior reputation in the staffing industry,” said Nicholas Allard, director of Canadian operations.
