International recruitment firm Randstad today announced the 20 companies shortlisted for the Randstad Award 2015, which recognises the most attractive companies to work for in Japan.
The competition, which is run regionally, is the largest compilation of employer branding research in the world. The trophy is presented each year to the most attractive employer company, based on an objective survey done through an independent organisation.
The purpose of the competition is to improvement corporate competitiveness at home and overseas.

Included in the list are the three most attractive companies of 2014: Meiji took first place, followed by Suntory Holdings, and Sony.
The 2015 winners would be announced at a ceremony in Tokyo on 29 January 2015.
