Cpl Resources plc (CPS:LSE) today announced that it has acquired European Human Resources AB (EHRAB). EHRAB is engaged in providing human resource solutions for companies within the Scandinavian market. But the firm also has operations in Eastern Europe, such as in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. It supplies workers to various industries, including to the construction & civil engineering, mechanical & electrical, as well as the food & meat sectors.

Cpl Resources said that the acquisition of EHRAB represents a further step in the firm’s strategy of extending its international footprint but disclosed no metrics of the acquisition.

Both Cpl Resources and EHRAB were not available for further comment.
