Ares Management LLC, a Los Angeles-based investment advisory firm and private equity provider, invested in information technology staffing firm Insight Global. Terms of the investment were not announced, but the deal is expected to finalize in the fourth quarter.

“This transaction will enable us to continue focusing on the company’s growth targets and its expansion into additional domestic markets in the coming years,” said Glenn Johnson, CEO of Insight Global. 

Insight Global ranks eighth on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest IT staffing firms with $551 million in estimated U.S. IT staffing revenue 2011.
