Indecon Solutions is acquiring SkilGroup Inc., a Schaumburg IL-based firm that provides information technology staffing and other IT services. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
SkilGroup, founded in 1999, will operate as Indecon. SkilGroup founder John Dreyer is presently current chairman of the board of the TechServe Alliance.
Indecon provides IT consulting and staffing services. Its headquarters is in Indianapolis.
