U.K.-based Impellam Group plc reported Group Finance Director Andrew Burchall will leave the firm at the end of July, upon release of the 2014 interim results. The board of directors has commenced a search for his successor.

Impellam ranks No. 49 among the largest providers of staffing in the U.S.

Burchall is leaving the company to pursue other personal and career opportunities; he has served as group finance director since Impellam was formed in May 2008.

“The board would like to acknowledge the contribution that Andrew has made to Impellam over the past six years and prior to that in his various roles with the Corporate Services Group Plc,” said CEO Julia Robertson. “His knowledge and commitment have left the group well positioned both in terms of operational resilience and financial strength.”
