IT staffing firm TSR Inc. (NASD: TSRI) announced Joseph Hughes today resumed his duties as the company’s chairman, president, CEO and treasurer, following a medical leave of absence. TSR’s board of directors in June granted Hughes a 90-day medical leave of absence.

Senior VP Christopher Hughes, who performed Hughes’ duties during the leave of absence, returned to his role as senior VP of the company.
