BC Forward is the new name for information technology services and staffing firm Bucher + Christian. The Indianapolis-based company also announced Tuesday it's adding 200 employees across its project management, systems integration and staff augmentation operations by 2012. BC Forward presently has 550 employees, and has offices in Indianapolis, Cleveland and St. Petersburg, Russia.

Indianapolis Gov. Mitch Daniels joined executives of the firm in making the announcement Tuesday.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered BC Forward up to $2.65 million in performance-based tax credits and up to $67,500 in training grants based on the company's job creation plans.
