July 02, 2013

IQNavigator, a vendor management system and managed services provider, named Joseph Juliano as its new president and CEO. Juliano brings more than 25 years of experience in software as a service and procurement solutions.

Juliano formerly served as president of RedPrairie, a supply chain SaaS and software firm specializing in retail operations, workforce, inventory and transportation management. He served as president and CEO of SaaS firm PrimeRevenue Inc. before joining RedPrairie. Other past roles held by Juliano include serving as senior vice president of sales for Ariba Inc. Juliano relocated to Denver, site of IQNavigator’s headquarters, from Atlanta.

“I am excited to take the helm of IQNavigator,” Juliano said. “The market opportunity for services procurement solutions and the acceleration of the SaaS industry are apparent. At IQNavigator, I will be focused on driving the growth and the innovation required to help our customers around the world better manage their non-employee workforce.”

Former President and CEO Lou Andreozzi will remain involved at IQNavigator, taking on a consulting role through the end of the fiscal year. He will assist with the transition while pursuing other business ventures, including his role as chairman of Bloomberg Law and other boards. Andreozzi had taken on the CEO role in 2009. Andreozzi had served as CEO of Inference Data, a legal data analysis and review firm, prior to joining IQNavigator. He had also served as president and CEO of LexisNexis North American Legal markets.

“I am proud to have led IQNavigator to its strongest market position to date,” said Andreozzi. “We’ve had yearly double-digit growth in customers, revenue and even our employee base, despite global economic pressures.”

IQNavigator ranks among the largest VMS and MSP suppliers.
