Vendor management system IQNavigator named Lou Andreozzi as president and CEO. The Denver-based firm made the announcement Thursday.

Andreozzi comes from outside the VMS industry and most recently served as CEO of Inference Data, a legal data analysis and review firm. He had also served as president and CEO of LexisNexis North American Legal Markets, a firm with $1.2 billion in revenue.

Andreozzi took over effective this week, said Kevin Brooks, senior VP of marketing at IQNavigator. Former President and CEO John Raeder is moving into a board role while Andreozzi has taken over running of the company, Brooks said.

"IQNavigator stands at an inflection point as our growth is accelerating and the market we created 10 years ago is reaching critical mass," Raeder said in a press release. "I am excited to bring on board a proven public company executive with Lou's experience and unique leadership skills to help rapidly scale IQNavigator to the next level organically and through strategic acquisitions."

IQNavigator ranks as the third-largest VMS in terms of spend on temporary and contract staffing and is also the third-largest managed service provider in terms of temporary and contract staffing services spend, according to research from Staffing Industry Analysts.
