Pittsburgh-based information technology services and staffing company IGate Corp. (NASD: IGTE) finalized the date for the spin off of its staffing operations. The company plans to distribute shares in the new company on Sept. 30 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 16.

IGate's professional services division includes the staffing operations of Mastech and RPOworldwide. As their own company, the staffing businesses will operate under the name Mastech Holdings Inc. and trade on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol MHH.
