IGate Corp. (NASD: IGTE), an information technology services and staffing company, appointed Sujit Sircar as CFO effective immediately. Sircar has been with iGate for more than 10 years, most recently serving as senior VP of finance. Sircar takes over from Ramachandran Natesan, who died earlier this month from cardiac arrest.

IGate is in the process of spinning off its Mastech and RPOworldwide staffing operations. The independent company will trade under the symbol MHH.
