IGate Corp. (NASD: IGTE), an information technology services and staffing company, said CFO Ramachandran Natesan died of cardiac arrest. Natesan had served as CFO for more than five years.

IGate is presently in the process of spinning off its Mastech and RPOworldwide staffing operations.
