Frank Lanuto, senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Hudson Global Inc. (NASD: HSON), will resign from his position with the New York-based staffing provider, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Lanuto informed the company on Feb. 13 of his decision to resign from his position effective March 14, according to the filing.

The company last May announced Lanuto would resign from his position effective Aug. 14, 2013, to accept a CFO position at another company. However, according to a SEC filing, Hudson entered into an amended and restated executive employment agreement with him in July, 2013.

Lanuto joined Hudson in 2008 and has served as senior vice president and corporate controller since 2009.
