Hudson controller resigns

June 30, 2015

Hudson Global Inc. (NASD: HSON) Senior VP, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Arthur Curcuru will resign from his position with the New York-based staffing provider effective July 27, the company announced in a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Curcuru informed the company June 23 of his decision to resign in order to pursue employment with another company.

“Mr. Curcuru is pursuing a new employment opportunity outside of the staffing industry and the company wishes him well,” said David Kirby, Hudson VP, finance and treasury. The company is currently reviewing candidates for his position.

Hudson in March appointed Curcuru as controller and designated him as the principal accounting officer. Executive VP and CFO Stephen Nolan previously served as the controller and principal accounting officer, in addition to serving as the principal financial officer.

Curcuru has served as senior VP, finance since May 2014, with responsibilities in the company's corporate developments and strategic actions. Prior to joining Hudson, he was a senior manager in the audit practice at auditing and consulting firm KPMG LLP.

Hudson ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest US staffing firms.
