Hudson Highland Group announced Tuesday it completed its offering of 4.83 million shares of common stock at $4.35 per share.

Hudson said it received approximately $19.3 million after underwriting discounts and commissions and expenses. The New York-based professional staffing firm plans to use the proceeds for general corporate and working capital purposes.
