Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC completed the sale of its assets to private investment firm HS Solutions Corp. Atlanta-based Hospitality Staffing provides staffing to hotels, resorts and casinos.

HS Solutions Corp. is an entity formed by LJC Investments I, LLC and a group of investors including Littlejohn Opportunities Master Fund, L.P., Caymus Equity Partners and Management.

Hospitality Staffing filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in order to facilitate the sale; it received court approval for the sale last month.
