The uncertain economy isn't affecting hiring plans for new graduates, according to a worldwide survey by Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY). Sixty-five percent of executives said their companies plan to hire recent graduates this year.

In addition, 35% say they are hiring the same number as last year, while 30% said they are hiring the same number, or more, than last year. Thirty-six percent said their companies are hiring fewer new graduates.

Survey responses came from more than 90 countries.
