Recruitment process outsourcing provider Hire Velocity acquired Vienna, Va.-based TSC Services LLC, which places recruiting and HR professionals. The transaction closed Dec. 31 and terms were not disclosed.

TSC’s recruitment process outsourcing expertise in federal contract support and its footprint in the Washington, D.C., northern Virginia and Baltimore markets attracted the buyer.

“This move capitalizes on incredible synergies, giving us a strategic game plan to meet the tremendous growth in demand for flexible RPO services,” said Hire Velocity Chairman John West.

TSC’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition Drew Riggs and Recruiting Manager Kat Staargaard will join Hire Velocity in the same positions.

TSC's co-founder Andy Misovec assumed ownership of the IT search practice, which will operate under the name Foxhound Partners. TSC's other co-founder, Bill Joyce, retired from the firm late last year.
