Beck most recently served as VP and general manager of SFN Group Inc.'s (NYSE: SFN) recruitment process outsourcing operations. She also owned and operated CAP Recruitment LLC, which provided RPO consulting services to SFN. Beck also held sales and management roles at other staffing firms.

Beck will be based in Atlanta.
