French staffing firm Groupe Crit acquired New Jersey-based Elite Personnel. Groupe Crit made the acquisition through Peoplelink LLC, which it acquired a 75 percent stake in one year ago. Elite staff will be included in its accounts as of September 2012.

Elite Personnel specializes in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries; its revenues exceeded $10 million in 2011

Groupe Crit specializes in service provision including temporary employment and recruitment services, airport services, and engineering and maintenance. It has operations in France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Morocco and Tunisia as well as the U.S.
