Global Employment Holdings (OTCBB: GEYH.OB) reported CFO Dan Hollenbach is leaving effective July 3 and will be replaced by Paige Burkes, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Burkes served as a contract CFO for various companies in the Denver area from January 2008 to present, according to the filing. She was senior VP of finance at ENS Inc. from November 1999 to December 2007.
