Global Employment Holdings Inc., a Lone Tree CO-based staffing firm, has been taken private in a deal with Victory Park Capital and President and CEO Howard Brill. Terms of the transaction were not announced. The deal closed Sept. 30.

Brill said the company will continue with the same services and management team. The company, which operates as Global Employment Solutions, provides professional staffing as well as professional employer organization services.

The deal allows the company to strengthen its balance sheet, get away from public reporting requirements and "really focus on the business, especially under tough economic conditions," Brill said. The deal will also help give Global Employment the resources to pursue acquisitions.
