Global Dynamic Consulting expands its offerings to include human resources and gains a foothold in the private sector with its recent acquisition of HR Initiatives Inc. Both companies are based in Georgia.
The transaction closed May 1 and terms were not disclosed.
Global Dynamic Consulting mainly targets the federal subcontractor sector, while HR Initiatives typically serves privately held companies — including startups in technology, software development and engineering — with less than 100 employees in many sectors.
The firms now operate under the Global Dynamic Consulting brand and provide an array of human resource and consulting services, including recruiting services. The company operates primarily in Georgia, Florida, Texas and Washington, D.C.
HR Initiatives’ President and CEO Julie Farschman will serve as Global Dynamic Cosulting’s vice president, human resources.
“Right now we’re just really excited about blending our businesses and learning each others’ client base and expanding services to the existing clients and then continuing to work to grow the business,” said Farschman.
