General Employment names division president

December 16, 2013

General Employment Enterprises Inc. (NYSE MKT: JOB) promoted Deborah Santora-Tuohy to the newly created position of president of the light industrial division, BMCH Inc., and associated entities. Santora-Tuohy has been with the company for 25 years, most recently as chief operating officer of the light industrial division.

"Our light industrial division has been experiencing declining sales and margins making it the right time to make some changes in division management,” said CFO Andrew Norstrud. “We are pleased to be able to recognize Deborah's past contributions to our company and look forward to the growth our Light Industrial Division will experience under her leadership.”

General Employment operates 22 branch offices in 11 states. It provides professional staffing services and light industrial staffing services through the brands General Employment, Ashley Ellis, Triad and Omni-One.

Last month, General Employment’s Chairman and CEO Michael Schroering stepped down to pursue his other business interests.
