General Employment gets delisting warning

June 25, 2010

General Employment Enterprises Inc. (AMEX: JOB) reported this week it received warning it could face delisting.

The company said a letter from NYSE Amex LLC reported the company was out of compliance with listing requirements. Reasons cited included stockholders' equity of less than $2.0 million and losses from continued operations and net losses in two of its three most recent fiscal years.

General Employment said it has until July 16 to submit a plan for getting back into compliance, and that it expects it will be able to meet listing standards.
